Assam man nabbed in Jaipur for espionage - Times of India

GUWAHATI: A man from Karimganj working with a transport company of Army Supply Corps (ASC) at south west command in Jaipur has been arrested on charges of passing on classified information on army movement and exercises to ISI agents in Kathmandu. In a statement on Friday, Rajasthan Police additional director general (intelligence) Dalpat Singh Dinkar said the clerk, identified as BK Sinha, has been arrested under Sections 3 and 3/9 of Official Secret Act on May 14 and the court has remanded him in police custody till May 20. Defence spokesman Col SD Goswami told TOI from Jaipur, "Sinha is a defence civilian posted in one of army units in Jaipur. This is a police case as he is not subjected to any army act.
