ICSE results out, Sanskar Valley girl tops class X exam - Times of India

BHOPAL: The results of the classes 10 (ICSE) and 12 (ISC) exams under the Council of Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) were announced on Friday. More than 500 students from three schools of Bhopal took the exams earlier in March this year. Divya Singh from The Sanskaar Valley School with 96.7% topped the class XII CISCE board exams while Saumya Nair from Billabong High International School (BHIS) with 97% topped in the class X (ICSE) exams respectively from the state capital. Sarthak Verma from Mouth Carmel, Bagmugaliya came second in ISC (class XII) from Bhopal with 92% while Charles Rajan from The Sanskaar Valley School scored 96.8% and stood second in class X (ICSE) respectively. Other successful candidates in class X (ICSE) exams include V Tej Manohar from Mount Carmel (94%), Ipsa Agnani from BHIS (93.8%) and Shrey Jain from BHIS (91.2%). The second batch of students of BHIS who appeared for the ICSE examination held in March passed with distinction giving a pass percentage of 100%, but also shared among them nearly 100% distinctions per candidate. The average aggregate of the school stood at a whopping 85.33%, which is 3% more than that of last year. They bettered last year's result both individually and collectively. 25% of the students secured over 90% aggregate marks and 62% secured over 80% aggregate.
