LoC flares up, heavy firing by Pak in Poonch sector - Indian Express

Pakistani troops targeted the same area of Poonch where the soldiers were killed early Tuesday. Thousands of rounds of ammunition were fired, including mortars, by Pakistanis at Indian Army posts. Indian soldiers fired in retaliation. There were no reports of casualties on either side. Sources said such ceasefire violations are expected to continue in the area over the next few days, and that Indian troops were entrenched to counter.
