Delhi: cop who bribed rape victim's kin identified - Hindustan Times

The father of the five-year-old gang-rape victim has identified one of the two police officers who allegedly offered him Rs. 2,000 to keep the incident under wraps. The girl's father identified the policeman after a team of the Delhi Police's vigilance department showed him photographs of the Gandhi Nagar police station staff on Tuesday evening. The team met the daily-wager at AIIMS, where his daughter is being treated for the injuries she suffered during the brutal assault. Two men including a neighbour, have been arrested for the rape.
