Narendra Modi on Sunday launched his sharpest attract on Trinamool leader Mamata Banerjee and her governance putting at rest to any possibility of post poll alliance between the two to form the next government.

Modi cashed on the recent revival of investigation into the multi-core Saradha chit fund scam by the Enforcement Directorate after months of dillydallying by state police.

"You converted the land of Ma Saradha (wife of Ramakrishna) into Saradha chit fund? It wasn't expected of you. How could Saradha flourish for all these years? Both Mamata Banerjee and finance minister Chidambaram are responsible. There should be detailed investigation on this scam when we come to power," Narendra Modi said at an election rally at Sreerampur, a constituency where BJP has put Bappi Lahiri as its candidate.

Taking a dig at Mamata's ploy of raising money by 'selling' her paintings, Modi wanted to know the name of the person who paid more than a crore of money to buy her painting.

"From Mamataji to Soniaji to Mulayamji, they are all involved in vote bank politics. She is so happy when a Bangladeshi crosses over and enter Bengal. But she is not happy when a Bihari or a Marwari migrates," Modi said. "We will not allow you to play divisive politics and destroy the country."
