The focus of Saturday's Delhi assembly elections seems to be more on personalities than issues, an instaVaani survey on 5 February shows. Women's safety is the biggest concern among voters, followed by black money, inflation and development. Interestingly, two-thirds of the respondents said the issue they think is the most important does not get the attention it deserves.
